App version
3.8.4
Windows version
Windows 7 SP1
Steps to reproduce
Run SFX app, which unpacks itself into temp folder (path is always the same)
Give unpacked app access to internet
Close app (the unpacked app is deleted from temp)
Run app again
Expected behavior
Simplewall should check that application with that path already exists in list and use existing rule. (This was the case when I was on 3.6, I just recently jumped to 3.8)
Actual behavior
Simplewall looses an added application after its file is deleted, as a result, a deleted application in the list now points to just "C:\".
