Self - white listing #390

Even though periodic updates are disabled, simplewall white lists itself; if you try to blacklist it, it will be white listed again on refresh... is it necessary for operation? Otherwise why not allow blacklisting?

This is bug #391, SW just reset all rules to default, sometimes. 3.0 are fixed this!
