Sometimes my files from Amz S3 go to glacier if they are not accessed. And sometimes this happens to files duplicity-new-signatures.*
Then if I make a backup, duplicity finds these files in glacier and requests a restore which need 5 hours or more. Then it waits for the next file in glacier.
It would be better if duplicity would first check if all files are available.
