[Feature Request] Ability to use Join Web Request API for notifications #312

Describe the feature Join utilizes Webhooks to send notification to Android Devices and web browsers. Users who use Tasker all like to utilize Join as it can send messages between devices and allow for automated tasks from tasker. I would like support for the join webhook so when my speedtests don't match the providers minimum speed I can open up a ticket from my android device using tasker to notify them of the issue.

I tried using the Slack webjhook, and the discord override but neither are working for me.
