Not the Update site nor the download is not working properly. #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The update site of plug in in not identified as plug in site by eclipse
3.4 & 3.5
2. By this reason unable to test. 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should install easily.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse 3.4 & 3.5

Please provide any additional information below.

Confirm that the update site is not working for me either.
Using Fedora Linux 11, OpenJDK, Eclipse 3.5

I saw the following tip elsewhere on the net and it worked for me:

1: Just fill the update site URL in the appropriate field
2: Uncheck all checkbuttons
3: Press 'Add' button

Then it should work
