Make whole population vote #10

Test whether making the whole population vote in the last generation isn't better than simply using the best tree.

Implemented in 1181a1e32313c8938e4de7ff0f44da14bffc7c90. This is controle through parameter "ensemble=True" in the fit function for Ardennes. Please note that this feature may change in future implementations.
