Run C4.5 for getting the size of the tree #19

Kinda of solved in 2187782d8a2e32a0bd7e0c046969caa48e3b5177. Won't work for several special cases (nominal attributes, missing values) since this is not supported by scikit-learn's implementation, but will do for some time.
