Hey @fatihhayri, I'm really sorry for the late reply. I missed the notification for this issue.

I see it's available here: https://packagecontrol.io/packages/ToggleExclude

I don't know why it's not available in Sublime Text now or whether this was a glitch somewhere.

By the way, I don't use Sublime Text anymore but Visual Studio Code.
