This PR is to include a new DR example. It is based on a MPC that controls the heating coils of all 5 zones of the Small Office model. The model reports a whole building energy demand and the MPC attempts to reduce it to 5kW during a DR event between 2pm and 6pm. Note: all coils are assumed to use electricity here, we ignore the fact that the heating coils are technically gas fired. This will be amended in a future update.

This is really sweet Thibault! So much going on in the plot now that there are 5 zones.

Yes indeed! Now we are trying to figure out why exactly the MPC is overheating the western perimeter zone more than the others, I am looking into the metamodel to see what sort of dynamics it identified.
