MXML Syntax Highlighter doesn't switch back to XML after doing AS3 #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an MXML File, observe the selected Syntax is "XML"
2. Click inside the <fx:Script> block, or create one if one does not exist, and
move the text caret into it. Observe the selected Syntax is now "AS3" (or
"AS2"? Haven't tested on anything other than Flex 4 project)
3. Click back outside of the <fx:Script> block.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Syntax highlighting stays as "AS3", instead of switching back to "XML" like
it used to.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FD 4.0.0 Beta (R1962) on Windows XP SP3 32-bit.
