Updating FlashDevelop from 3.3.1 to 3.3.2 resets program settings #7

1. change program settings (version 3.3.1) but don't close application
2. run installation of new version 3.3.2
3. when close FlashDevelop when installation trying to override files
4. finish installation, run updated FlashDevelop

Result: program settings reseted, all plugins which was disabled becomes enabled

This is often required as we need to make settings evolve.
