cloud_status -a enhancement to provide more detail on resource usage. #456

As per slots, cloud_status -a should provide "used" versus "allocated" for both memory and storage, eg:

ADDRESS CLOUD TYPE VM SLOTS MEMORY STORAGE PRIORITY ENABLED
https://... OpenStack 12/120 10% 10% 0 False

Detail should be available via -j (json).
