Produce output according to the https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/MAN01_How_to_publish_Site_Information to publish information to BDII as a provider that it would call to generate this information.

First tentative workflow for creating a BDII LDIF site report has been created. To do:

[ ] Take the UGR endpoint mountpoint's from the configuration and set them for the StorageShare
[ ] Extra configuration file for extra settings needed for many fields.
