Frequency Issues #86

There seems to be an issue if the frequency is not set to 1 second, then it fails to check and we keep getting -1 instead of proper information.

Fixed the check, the timestamp that was looked at was the connectionstats rather than storagestats, so it was not being reached since UGR puts connectionstats often. Also the new -f/--force flag will cause this to happen regardless of timestamps.
