Capitalize metadata to GET checksum #98

The standard formatting of the custom meta data seems to be capitalized. Ensure that the look up works in that case. Also fix some complaints from flake8.

The better way to solve this issue is to lower both the arguments given to the script and the keys returned by boto. Closing ...
