Add logic for 6 and 7 case. #96

Hi, I've not actually executed this .spec file but it includes constructs for doing .el6 and everything else builds. I took out some unneeded stuff and also removed the need to specify python version.

As I say I've not actually executed it yet as I know you are also working on things.
