The Keithley 2470 SMU has an interlock protection to prevent supplying high voltages in the 200 V and 1000 V ranges when no interlock signal is asserted. This can be tested via SCPI command :OUTP:INT:TRIP? or TSP command smua.interlock.tripped.
If the SMU is operated in voltage range >= 200 V and interlock is false, raise a warning to inform the user that the SMU will not supply source voltages > ~42 V
