my two cents for pymicro

I put a new folder in the examples where I show how to get multiple volumes and put them in a single h5.

The mock data is available here:

The necessary info to get a reproducible environment is also inside the folder.

Feel free to adapt the comments as you wish.

Joao, that's nice. Can you move your tutorial to the cookbook folder ? the example folder is reserved for simple examples demonstrating one feature and producing an image to populate the gallery.
