Branding changes from Heptio to VMware #249

Changes branding from Heptio quickstart to VMware quickstart.

Some of the links/items can't/won't be updated such as links to old blogs, Github repository names, or other Heptio items not undergoing renaming at this time.

So far:

Issue with CI not cleaning up VPC causing failures. Manually cleaned them up and next run proceeded past that.
Issue with new links causing the Description field to be > 1024 characters and a cloudformation failure. Length shortened and next run proceeded past that.
Got a successful CF cluster but the sonobuoy run failed for an unknown reason. Currently blocked by this.
