Remove CNCF conformance label #261

This project is no longer maintained and we are dropping conformance moving forward. As per CNCF rules, we need to drop the “Certified Kubernetes” logo from this repository.

My assumption is that the PR hooks are going to be broken - hoping maybe @timh or @timothysc have permissions to merge anyways.
