[Feature request]map editer #23

　I would like to see the ability to edit the map added. This sentence is using the translation function.

Hi @yukkurisebunn, Thanks for your suggestion. I was considering adding province map editor because it's a bitmap and other map-related files are editable with VSCode. Is that you requested?

I understand that the map itself is a bitmap, so it is impossible to edit it in VScode. So I'd like to see an editor for state and province added. For example, you can select multiple states and change the country or core state that the state belongs to at once.

Would it be possible to add features like supply area editing + strategic region editing and state editing? What I mean by that, is if you could add/remove provinces from the said regions/areas/states inside VSCode

@SoloWinPixy I did some attampt to create a map editor. But it was too hard so I haven't even complete a simple version. Previewing map is much simpler because it's readonly. Alternatively, you can open state/strategic region by double-clicking them in the map, modify them in vscode, and see changes in map real time.
