[Future Request]Support allow_branch in Tech/Doctrine preview. #84

Description Allow to set conditions based on allow_branch.

Example issue

  1. Open common/technologies/special_forces_doctrine.txt file preview.
  2. Look at bottom left doctrine in marine section.
  3. There are 2 doctrine techs

In 1.15 they also added the mark_technology_tree_layout_dirty which reloads the allow_branch and allow during the game.

So this feature would be extra appreciated now.
