Herbs2rest with Herbarium - Update code generation #125

Dependency: https://github.com/herbsjs/herbs2rest/issues/22 / https://github.com/herbsjs/herbs2rest/issues/28

When the above issues is ready it will be necessary to change the current infrastructure generated automatically for REST endpoints to a new one (much simpler one).

The generated file should leave space for customization using metadata (https://github.com/herbsjs/herbs2rest/issues/28)
