add example how to set env at windows cmd #174

Describe the bug

When I try to set windows env using CMD we dosent have a example at terminal

To reproduce

Create a new Herbs project using herbs-cli and try to run herbs assist, at console you can see that we don't have a example showing how we can set env using a Windows CMD, we just have two example the first with bash and other using powershell

The print bellow show this:
