Support the latest ZLIB #11

The ZLIB headers for the latest version of ZLIB (1.2.8) are causing build errors.

We need to make whatever adjustments are necessary such that we can successfully build Hercules with the latest (newer) headers -OR- the current (older) headers.

Note: This is a sub-issue of Issue #10 that deals only with the issue of ZLIB headers.

Whatever release of zlib works with Hercules can be packaged with Hercules. Their licence allows any use whatsoever, but an acknowledgment in the documentation would be appropriate in my view.

if You ( generic person ) will be patient I am working on adding the option --with-included-zlib
