Enhance register displays during tracing, stepping, and PgmChk #128

Added Control Register display to STCTL/LCTL instructions. Added Floating Point Control register display to instructions that alter, store, or reference the FPC. Suppressed Floating Point Register display for EFPC, LFAS, LFPC, SFPC, SFASR, STFPC. Added Floating Point Register display for additional Decimal Floating Point instructions and PFPO.
