Support service logging field #76

Can be set to journald. I wonder what are the benefits of doing so and how will it interact with nixos?

We use this field on some services to explicitly turn logging off. I'm currently trialing arion as a replacement for our docker-compose setup, and this is one of the points i'm not able to replicate verbatim. It would be nice to have this option.
