Version 1.14.0 - addenda: add augprint to augeas.spec.in, fix distcheck #788

make distcheck was failing for tests/test-augprint.sh, even though make check was succeeding. augeas.spec was missing the augprint binary file augprint.h was missing from the dist tarball
