Can we have a new release, please? #6

Hi,

can we have a new release, please? The tarball at the Augeas website [1] is really outdated and we need Python 3 support in Fedora.

Unfortunately, I can't upload to fedoralhosted (can I?) so I made this release using github.

The new release is available here: https://github.com/hercules-team/python-augeas/releases/tag/v0.5.0

I tested it with augeas 1.2.0.

Working off what @giraldeau did to get the RPM released for fedora and epel. ran into issue w/ my ssh key, wont be until tonight

releases have been pushed to bodhi for fedora and epel
