This PR implements various features:

[x] Switch to a Integer Polynomial with Rationnal coefficients model for the expression normalization
[x] Add tests to understand how are divisions handled by aslref
[x] Removes the un-used interpreter rule SAssignTuple
[x] Some other refactoring
