Customize start menu background with a style #27

start menu background style can be specified by the following settings

  1. Tint color
  2. Background color
  3. Optional Image file
  4. Opacity

this style later can be saved with a name to use with system triggers

for example

  1. Show while there is no active application window (Desktop wallpaper)
  2. A maximized app
