Describe the documentation update needed

The Current Documentation needs the following enhancement

1. Setting up Environment Variable
2. Mentioning details about server setup

Reason for Update

When I was setting up the project locally, being a fresher I faced issue connecting to server. It took me some time to figure out and set it up. So more information can be helpful specially to someone newbie or little knowledge on Backend.
