Description

Implemented hover effects for the navigation buttons and changed cursor to pointer when hovering over "All Notes" and "BookMarked Notes" buttons.

Resolves: #219

Additional Notes/Comments

The hover effects and cursor changes have been successfully implemented as per the issue #219. Video have been provided for validation.
