Creating a Page for all colleges previous year papers of different subjects

Please assign this to me under GSSoc

Has the issue been fixed? If not yet, then please assign this to me so that I can start working on it. I will not only create the page of PYQs, but also add it's links in the navigation bar too. I would want to use tailwind into it.
