Fix Python documentation: there is no package on PyPI #11

Temporary fix to https://github.com/heremaps/flexible-polyline/issues/8 - documentation no longer claims the Python module is installable via pip install flexpolyline.

Is now published at https://pypi.org/project/flexpolyline/ and can be installed with pip install flexpolyline, so I'm closing the PR as obsolete.
