AccessControlException on VoiceCatalog.getInstance() #481

Describe the bug When trying to start a download, I'm following the tutorial but I get an error AccessControlException on VoiceCatalog.getInstance()

Steps To Reproduce No way to be sure on the way to reproduce

Expected behavior A starting download without error
