MSDKUI-2495: Fixed build issues on iOS #217

  1. Changes in HEREMapsUI.podspec solve linker issues on iOS. This is effectively a revert of small part of 98479b4b6b9532d5b65894a03343fe74294ba02a

  2. Fix in build phase 'Generate NMACredentials...' solves 'input file was modifed during build' compiler error.
