Adding dummy files to support newer version of HASS.IO #12

Hoi Wim,

Thanks for making this component available. I've installed it with the latest version of HASS.IO but in order for it to work I needed to add some dummy text to the init.py and also add a manifest.json. It's working great!

Thanks Karl, I was aware of this, but didn't find the time to add it to the master repository. I have merged the files.
