And what about copyright? You are using the name, the rules, the same pictures
of cards...Isnt it illegal to "copy" the BANG! game?

I'm not a lawyer, but I believe there is nothing bad about copying the game
concept.
After all there are a lot of games that copy another board games.
About the graphic files: I believe that it IS illegal. There are few possible
solutions:
 1) we can use free graphics - but first we need someone that would draw the cards..
 2) we can put copyrighted content away from KBang. Users would simply need to scan
the cards themselves.
 3) we can make a deal with DaVinci.

The other reason why to solve this problem is to allow KBang to be included
into
linux distributions.

Well, to be fair I believe the only reason this has gone on long enough as it
is, is
only because in a sense the creators of "Kbang" are basically advertising for
DaVinci
without DaVinci paying anything. Yeah its another way to play bang without
actually
buying it but im pretty sure if people come across this they will see it in
stores one
day and buy it.
