Replace OnTrigger hook with ActivateMultiTrigger #17

This improves overall handling of wait on triggers (Now it's not limited to only trigger_multiple, but to all triggers that have m_flWait support) and allows to refire OnTrigger when the delay for client has passed or to restart the trigger clock when needed (e.g. when you do ClearClientEvents())
