Heznode is not reading array of proof servers url in config file #1067

Summary of Bug

Heznode is not reading array of proof servers url in config file. It is only reading as an unique value.

Expected Behavior

Allow in config file or environment variables the heznode administrator to inform heznode to use more than one proof server.
