Update default config file with instructions to setup fake prover #1130

Rationale

Help people to setup fake prover

Implementation

Add details about commands, routes, configurations in order to run a fake prover and make the hermez node to consume it.

Things like MaxTx params with 1920 value, configuring provers URLs with localhost:3000, appending /api to the end of the address.
