Deleting the last DO from a package cause the packages view to break #4

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Remove the last DO from a package
  2. The package will still be there but the selection will break.
  3. Try to select the last package in the list and it will throw a MNU

Solved. When the last DO is removed the category list is changed
