Hosting SDK #126

@stuaroo I've been working on a SDK for the heroes-data to make it easier to work with on PHP projects. Would HeroesPatchNotes be interested in hosting this? I would change the namespaces and transfer the repo to you - I would just need full access to the repo after the transfer.
