2 years ago The only potential issue I found was on Johanna/Blessed Hammer. Patch notes say "Basic Ability cooldown reduction reduced from 3 to 2.5 seconds." but the updated tooltip goes from 3 to 2 seconds. So it'd be good if someone could double-check if it is 2 seconds in game.
After datamining and testing, I can tell the official tooltip for Blessed Hammer doesn't match its functionality. The actual value is 2.5 seconds of cooldown reduction, as written in Patch Notes.
I extracted the game files yesterday and I am showing it as 2 seconds as well. Not exactly a test in game, but verification of the same outcome from the extraction
