This is now ready for review!

I have it working in two games:

A modified version of Godot's "Multiplayer Bomber" demo, which can be found in the 'nakama-bomber-demo-3.x' branch in my fork
A modified version of the Fish Game demo - the changes are in this PR, which we should consider merging sometime after this one
