Add release key for new Node maintainer #835

A new node.js releaser was recently added https://github.com/nodejs/release-keys/commit/43d7b8e5d41e87a3721d416f14fb86a68aeec1ce

This is causing our mirroring action to fail as v20.13.0 and v20.13.1 were signed by the new releaser's key.
