added -r for rm

I'm using an app with this fork, and the official Node buildpack seems to break (the path isn't configured properly) if it runs after this buildpack. Is the order dependency intentional? I noticed that you advised people to use the working order in https://github.com/heroku/dotnet-buildpack/issues/4#issuecomment-209030179.

That being said, the rest of the buildpack works fine for me, but my application seems to have timeout issues that may or may not be related (see #5).
