Setup 10 Salesforce instances
Seed the database with their URLs
Assign an unassigned Salesforce instance during registration
Include the instance URL in the disco registration response
When we get a new Chatter message find the instance by url
Send the song request to the Disco from the corresponding registration
When we get a new Spotify track, find the source ChatterMessage
Send a reply to the Salesforce instance on the message's disco registration
