Installation fails #2

I see "Installing https://github.com/heroku/heroku-accounts.git..." and then back to my console

Since the installation does not happen, I see an error

"accounts is not a heroku command." when I run heroku accounts.

install with heroku plugins:install heroku-accounts as mentioned in the readme
